This Fellow asks: how do members maintain agency over their data selves and the fast emerging relationship between biological and digital existence? What role can AI play in enhancing human creativity while ensuring transparency and human primacy?
This workstream needs to establish constitutional rights around data while creating operational tools and policies that respect those rights. The Fellow will need to think carefully about what belongs in the Constitution (principles of data sovereignty, AI transparency) versus what should be operational policy that can evolve as technology changes.
