Running through all six workstreams like a constant thread is The Heart of Gold, Making It Real Fellow - the Core Creative Director This is not a seventh separate workstream but rather the implementation, reality testing and cybersecurity work that supports all the others.
The Heart of Gold team will build the technical infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity and operational resilience, and continuously check that constitutional ideas work in practice. They are the hands that make ideas tangible.
They build the prototypes. They create the tools that allow us to test governance through actual use rather than abstract theory.
