To Fund a Fellow (£42,000 each, six Fellows total): Support the constitutional work on one of the six themes. Your Fellow will lead Field Researchers, create constitutional artefacts tested through practice, and help birth something that does not yet exist.
To fund the Towel Team (£42,000 per person for a small team): Enable the coordination that makes everything else possible. Without logistics, travel and laundry budget, brilliant ideas probably will not get very far. The Towel Team are the practical engine that allows constitutional thinking to become constitutional practice. Fund the Laundry Budget itself, that'd be glamorous!
To fund the Heart of Gold Team and infrastructure: Help us build the systems that enable reality testing, support the Congress events, create the prototypes that make ideas tangible, and ensure cybersecurity and operational resilience throughout.
To support the Vision Fish and the overall coordination: Enable the strategic oversight, the tending work, the integration across workstreams, and the documentation of learnings.
