The questions here include: how do we honour and preserve the 25-year "h2g2.com" legacy and community contributions? How do we curate what is valuable, migrate historical content, and maintain continuity while enabling the next phase, and the one after that?
This is not sentimental nostalgia. It is about understanding what made h2g2 work for a quarter century and ensuring those qualities persist even as we transform the structure completely. This Fellow will work closely with the Content Fellow on cultural continuity and with the Governance Fellow on how legacy informs constitutional design.
